Blake J. Pantuck, P.E., PMP, has Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering, with an emphasis in Structural Engineering, and decades of experience in the engineering and construction industries.

Prior to forming Pantuck Engineering LLC, Mr. Pantuck was employed by major international EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) companies, where he held positions of increasing responsibilities, including Project Engineer, Sr. Civil/Structural Engineer, and Project Manager. As a project manager, he was responsible for projects valued at over $100MM USD in scope, both domestic and abroad, for clients including Exxon, Samsung, Shell, and Saudi Aramco.

Mr. Pantuck’s passion for construction and engineering began in his youth and led to years of hands-on experience working with general contractors in the greater Boston and Philadelphia areas. Currently in tandem with his consulting work at Pantuck Engineering LLC, he owns and operates a design-build contracting company based in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, that focuses on residential decks and structural repair. Much of Mr. Pantuck’s unique comprehension of safety and code compliance topics comes from his experiences working in and with the trades.

He has evaluated construction accident claims and premises liability matters over many years at his firm and at a leading forensic engineering company. Mr. Pantuck is an expert in OSHA, the suite of ICC codes, and the various industry standards that relate to civil engineering practices and jobsite safety. He is a member of ASCE, ICC, and ASTM Committee F-13 for Pedestrian/Walkway Safety and Footwear, and licensed to practice civil and structural engineering in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, South Carolina, and Texas.
